PEAR, APPLE, CRANBERRY SALAD
  Ingredients
1 2 medium peckham pears, cubed
2 2 medium Fuji apples, cubed
3 1 fresh orange, peeled and cut into wedges
4 2 tablespoons dried cranberries
5 2 tablespoons diced walnuts
6 8 tablespoons low fat yoghurt
7 2 tablespoons honey or to taste
   

 Method

 

  1. Mix all cut fruits and nuts in a large bowl.

  2. Mix yoghurt and honey together in another small bowl.

  3. Mix yoghurt/honey mixture into the fruits and mix well.
    Keep chilled before serving.
