Ciabatta
The literal meaning of ciabatta in Italian is slipper, which identifies its shape. It is thin crusted once toasted, soft, chewy, open and porous texture inside. You can enjoy by tearing it apart and dipping the pieces into a nice flavourful olive oil, curries and make great sandwiches. It also goes well with bak kut teh!

 

Focaccia
This Italian bread took its name from the Latin word focus meaning ‘hearth’. Our focaccia are baked on the hearth of the oven and finished with cold pressed olive oil, sea salt and rosemary, fresh garlic and sundried tomatoes. Great on its own, dipped in olive oil, perfect accompaniment to antipasto and many other Italian dishes. One of our cafe favourites as sandwich bread.

 

Oatbran
For those who love soft bread yet looking for something healthy, here’s your pick! The oatbran is a soluble fibre that helps reduce cholesterol.

 

White Bloomer
As divine as it sounds, this egg-free, pure white bread made with milk is as soft as a cotton. Delicious with butter and jam. Low in sugar and fat.

 

White Sourdough

Crusty and absolutely sugar and fat free! Crusty exterior, chewy crumb that is tangy in taste. Made with our home grown wild yeast sour starter. Our sour starter is as old as our business, i.e. in the nurturing since 1997.
