dipping the pieces into a nice flavourful

Focaccia
This Italian bread took its name from
the Latin word focus meaning ‘hearth’.
Our focaccia are baked on the hearth
of the oven and finished with cold pressed
olive oil, sea salt and rosemary, fresh
garlic and sundried tomatoes. Great
on its own, dipped in olive oil, perfect
accompaniment to antipasto and many
other Italian dishes. One of our cafe
favourites as sandwich bread. |
